Signature Required Upon Delivery

Because we ship most order "Signature Required", you can be confident that your valuable package will not be mis-delivered or left on a doorstep to be stolen. Additionally, due to the ever-growing internet/credit card fraud and personal identity theft rates, this extra step of protection helps keep our prices as competitive as possible.

Not going to be home when your package is going to be delivered? There are a few options you can use:
• Have your order ship to your work address.
• UPS automatically requires a signature for deliveries to commercial addresses, but will deliver during normal business hours.
• You can register with UPS My Choice. This will allow you to authorize a specific package to be delivered to a specific address without needing to sign for it at time of delivery (for residential deliveries only). Essentially, it allows you to pre-authorize the driver to leave the package in a safe location.
• Sign the yellow form left on your door by UPS and place it back on your door, authorizing them to leave the package in a safe location when they return on the following business day. UPS will attempt to deliver your package on 3 consecutive business days before determining the shipment is "undeliverable".

Ambassador offers FREE shipping (via UPS Ground or US Postal Service 1st Class) on most orders!

The following categories may be excluded from our FREE shipping offer:

Free shipping offer only applies to shipments within the 48 contiguous states by UPS Ground or US Postal Service 1st Class, at Ambassador's discretion.  Typically, orders UNDER 2 lbs will ship via US Postal Service 1st Class, orders OVER 2 lbs will ship via UPS Ground.

Carrier Type

We ship most orders by United Parcel Service (UPS). Small orders (under 2 lbs) may ship by USPS.  However, some orders cannot be shipped via UPS or USPS due to their size, weight or fragility (see chart below for details). For orders which cannot ship by UPS, we will use a common freight carrier ("LTL Carrier" also know as "Less then Truck Load Carrier") to ship your order. Please note, orders containing products from both categories may ship separately.

Order Processing Time

Orders received during our normal office hours will begin being processed immediately. Orders not received during normal office hours will begin being processed the next business morning. Processing times vary depending on the product's brand and shipping method (see chart below for details). You will receive emails from us updating you as to the status of your order throughout the process. You may also log-in to your account at any time to view the status of your order.

UPS delivery times vary, but usually range between 1 and 5 business days from when your order ships out (see maps below for details).

We ship out from multiple warehouses within the United States. Danze products usually ship out from EITHER the Ambassador main distribution center near Los Angeles, CA or directly from the Danze main distribution center near Chicago, IL, solely at Ambassador's discretion. All Ambassador Fine Faucets, Ambassador Marine and SHURflo Marine Grade Faucets products ship out directly from the Ambassador main distribution center near Los Angeles, CA.

LTL Carrier

LTL freight carrier delivery times vary, but usually range between 2 and 6 business days from when your order ships out. The carrier will call you in advance to arrange a delivery time. LTL freight carries require an adult be present at time of delivery to unload and sign for shipment. LTL freight carriers provide "curb side" delivery only. Please make sure you have proper arrangements in place to receive your shipment. We always attempt to ship these orders from the warehouse nearest to you.

Out-Of-Stock Items

Due to demand or uniqueness, some items may be out-of-stock from time to time.

If an item is not available, we will use our best efforts to give you the anticipated delivery date when you place your order. Anticipated delivery dates are based on information supplied to us by the manufacturer and are subject to change. If this applies to your order, we will notify you ASAP.

If an item is not scheduled for shipment within 7 business days of when you placed your order, we will attempt to notify you of the backorder status. If we cannot get in contact with you, we will decide on a case-by-case basis whether to schedule your shipment or wait for your approval of the lead time.

Delivery Inspection

Carefully inspect your shipment upon receipt for damage and accuracy.

If you receive a product that was damaged in shipping, an incomplete product or a different product then you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of the shipment. We will provide an RA# and instructions on how and where to ship the item(s) back to us, at no additional expense to you. Corrected item(s) will be shipped out to you upon receipt of your return or with a fully refundable deposit for the new item(s).
