About the Danze Warranty
All parts of a Danze faucet are warranted to the original consumer purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as the consumer purchaser owns it. Danze stands behind this claim with toll-free customer service available six days a week for installation assistance and replacement parts.
The complete Danze warranty is as follows:

Danze Lifetime Limited Warranty
All parts of the DANZE faucet are warranted to the original customer purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship, for as long as the customer purchaser owns it.

DANZE will replace “free of charge” any part that proves defective in material and/or workmanship under normal residential application. Avoid abrasive cleaners, steel wool and harsh chemicals. These will dull the finish and void your warranty.

THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO REPLACEMENT PARTS ONLY AND DOES NOT COVER OR INCLUDE LABOR CHARGES OR DAMAGE INCURRED IN INSTALLATION, REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, NOR DOES IT COVER OR INCLUDE DAMAGES FOR PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE OR ECONOMIC LOSS.

Any damage to this faucet as a result of improper installation misuse, accident, neglect or any use that violates the instructions furnished by us, WILL VOID WARRANTY IMMEDIATELY. This warranty is only valid to the original customer purchaser and excludes industrial, commercial or business use of the product.

Five (5) Year Limited Warranty - Vitreous China
Danze, Inc. (Danze) warrants to the original purchaser of this product that the vitreous china portion will be free from defects in material and workmanship under reasonable use for a period of five (5) years from the date of original purchase, as shown on the original consumer-purchaser’s receipt.

Limited Warranty on Parts
Danze warrants to the original consumer-purchaser of this product that the following parts will be free from defects in material and workmanship under reasonable use for a period of years stated below from the date of original purchase:

• Five (5) years:
Fluidmaster® fill valve
Tank lever

• Three (3) years:
Flapper

• One (1) year:
Toilet seat

Any components not mentioned above shall be covered to the extent indicated by the original equipment suppliers’ warranties. All above mentioned products and parts installed in accepted commercial installations carry a one (1) year limited warranty.

As the exclusive remedy for any breach of the above warranties, Danze agrees, at Danze’s option, to repair or replace these products or any parts thereof, which proves, upon inspection by Danze, to be defective in material or workmanship during the above stated periods of warranty coverage.

Danze will not be liable for any labor, shipping, freight, or any other costs or charges incurred in connection with removal or replacement of the product or otherwise acting upon the above warranties, or for any costs associated with repair or replacement of any other personal property, building or installation materials. Installation or use of the product not in accordance with product instructions or improper use, abuse or neglect of, or accident to the product, or moving the product from the location of its original installation will void the above warranties. Do not use in-tank drop-in toilet bowl cleaners containing bleach or chlorine. Use of such products will result in damage to tank components and may cause flooding and property damage. Use of such products will void this warranty.

If the Federal Consumer Product Warranties Act applies to the original purchaser of this product, then any implied warranties which may be applicable under state law, such as any implied warranty or merchantability or any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to one (1) year.

Other than as described above, Danze disclaims any and all other warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Danze be liable to anyone, including without limitation the original purchaser, for any damages for loss of business opportunities or profits or any business interruption or for any special, incidental or consequential damages.

The above warranties give you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Certain federal and state laws may limit or disallow disclaimers of incidental or consequential damages and/or limitations on implied warranties.

This warranty will not apply to products that were improperly installed, misapplied or incompatible with components not manufactured by Ambassador. Failures due to foreign debris are not covered under the terms of this limited warranty. Ambassador will not warrant any product that is physically damaged, neglected or altered outside the Ambassador factory.

Do not attempt to clean your Ambassador product with any kind of chemical or abrasive cleaner. Any abrasive will mar the finish and void the warranty. Do not leave your Ambassador product exposed to salt air without cleaning it regularly with fresh water, after every exposure or use. 

All authorized returns are to be shipped postage prepaid to Ambassador Marine’s service center. A Return Authorization Number is required and must be clearly visible on the shipping carton. Package all returns carefully. Ambassador will not be responsible for freight damage incurred during shipping to our service center.

No credit or payment will be issued or allowed to consumers on any item deemed defective. Ambassador Marine’s total obligation is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective item only, at Ambassador Marine’s sole discretion. All returns will be examined and/or tested under Ambassador Marine test criteria. Replacements will be shipped freight prepaid. Products found by Ambassador to NOT be defective (under the terms of this limited warranty) are subject to charges to be paid by the returnee for the testing and packaging of "tested good" items and may be returned only at returnee’s expense. Further damage may occur due to testing and is not the responsibility of Ambassador.

In no event will Ambassador, its affiliated companies or agents be responsible for any labor whatsoever, cost of removal or re-installation, incidental and/or consequential damages arising out of the purchase or use of Ambassador products. 

This limited warranty is in lieu of, and supersedes all other warranties, expressed or implied, and no other person is authorized to give any other warranty or assume obligation or liability on Ambassador Marine’s behalf. 

This limited warranty covers Ambassador Marine products sold or distributed in the United States and Canada only. Customers who purchase Ambassador Marine products sold by distributors in other countries must consult their local distributors for their warranty policy. 

This warranty gives you certain legal rights which may vary from state to state.

This warranty is only a representation of the complete Ambassador Marine warranty outlined on the Ambassador Marine website.

Ambassador reserves the right to update specifications, change prices, or make substitutions without notice.

Ambassador Marine sinks are guaranteed to be free from material and workmanship defects under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required for any and all warranty claims.

The manufacturer warrants its control cartridges to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 20 years from the date of purchase found on the sales receipt, a copy of which is required for any warranty claims. The warranty on the finish of this product is for one year from date of purchase. Do not attempt to clean your faucet with any kind of chemical or abrasive cleaner. Any abrasive will mar the finish and void your warranty. All that is necessary is to wipe them with a clean, damp cloth.

Please be advised that this warranty does not cover labor, or other costs of installation, removal, repair, freight to or from the manufacturer, or reinstallation of faucets or parts. Further, this warranty is void when a defect or failure results from misuse, neglect, accident, improper installation, or modification of the faucet or parts, or as a result of work performed by other than the manufacturer.

This warranty is in lieu of all other expressed warranties. The sole and exclusive remedy against the maker hereunder shall be for a repair or replacement of the faucet or parts, exclusively at the option of the manufacturer. Further, the manufacturer cannot issue refunds for products not purchased directly from the manufacturer. In no event will the maker or its agents be liable for incidental or consequential damages arising out of the purchase or use of this faucet.

​If your state does not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you certain legal rights which may vary from State to State.

The manufacturer warrants its showerheads or accessories to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase found on the sales receipt, a copy of which is required for any warranty claims. The warranty on the finish of this product is for one year from the date of purchase. Do not attempt to clean your showerhead or accessory with any kind of chemical or abrasive cleaner. Any abrasive will mar the finish and void your warranty. All that is necessary is to wipe them with a clean, damp cloth.

Please be advised that this warranty does not cover labor, or other costs of installation, removal, repair, freight to or from the manufacturer, or reinstallation of showerheads, accessories or parts. Further, this warranty is void when a defect or failure results from misuse, neglect, accident, improper installation, or modification of the showerhead, accessory or parts, or as a result of work performed by other than the manufacturer.

This warranty is in lieu of all other expressed warranties. The sole and exclusive remedy against the maker hereunder shall be for a repair or replacement of the showerhead, accessory or parts, exclusively at the option of the manufacturer. Further, the manufacturer cannot issue refunds for products not purchased directly from the manufacturer. In no event will the maker or its agents be liable for incidental or consequential damages arising out of the purchase or use of this showerhead or accessory.
