Returns & Exchanges

If you receive a product that does not match your décor or that you just don't like, simply return or exchange it for something that does!

No Hassle Returns / Exchanges
If you would like to return or exchange an item that is in new condition, with original packaging, you may return or exchange the product within 30 days of receipt.

Returned items are subject to a 15% handling and restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund or credit. If you return an item that was shipped under our free shipping option, our initial shipping cost for the item(s) will be deducted from your refund or credit. No refund will be given on Shipping & Handling charges applied to your original order.

• Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) must be requested within 30 days of receipt of shipment.
• Returns must have an assigned RMA# VISIBLE ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE SHIPPING CARTON. Returns without a visible RMA# will be refused.
• Returns must include a completed and signed Return Authorization Form, which will be emailed to you upon receipt of your return merchandise request.
• Returned items must be in their original packaging.
• Items must be free from defects, scratches or evidence of installation, no credits will be issued for installed items.
• There must be no writing or labels on or damage to the item's packaging.
• Customer is responsible for all return freight charges, unless it is due to our error.

To initiate the return process, login to your account and click on the "Returns" link under "Customer Service" at the bottom of the page. Simply complete and submit the form!

Sale Item Restrictions

Our Sale Item Restrictions policies supersede our standard Returns & Exchanges policies.
Sale Items may not qualify towards the minimum order value required to earn free shipping. Sale Items will receive free shipping if ordered in combination with non-sale items that do qualify.

Sale items may NOT be returned for a refund, however, most Sale Items may be returned for credit towards the purchase of a different item. If you would like to exchange an item that is in new condition, with original packaging, you may return the product within 15 days of receipt.

Order Accuracy

Customers who place orders on-line are responsible for the accuracy of their product selection and information entered. Customers who place orders by telephone must report any errors within 3 days of receipt of shipment.

Order Cancellations & Changes

Any order can be canceled or changed as long as the order has not been shipped. To cancel or change an order, please contact our sales department immediately.

Please be aware that some items may have already shipped from a manufacturer and be in route to us for final shipment to you. In such case, cancellations fees may apply.

Once an order has been shipped to you, it cannot be cancelled, rerouted or redirected. If you would like to return an item, you will need to follow our standard return policy. Please DO NOT refuse the delivery of non-damaged goods as this will result in up to a 50% restocking fee. A delivery refusal may also be charged for roundtrip shipping fees.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and verified to have all original contents and packaging and confirmed to be free of damage, the refund process will begin.

Customers paying with a credit card will normally receive their refund to the same credit used for the purchase within 5 business days of receipt of your authorized return. Please note, due to certain credit card issuing bank policies and procedures, it may take longer for the credit to appear on your account. Customers paying in any form of payment other then a credit card will normally receive their refund by check within 30 days of receipt of your authorized return.

Items returned without the proper RMA# or sent to the wrong warehouse are subject to an automatic 50% restocking fee or complete forfeiture of your refund. Please follow the return instructions, described above, carefully to avoid delays and unnecessary expenses.

Please do not request a charge back from your credit card company during the return process. Due to the time it takes to resolve charge back disputes, it is usually better to be patient and wait for the return process to run its course. If a charge back has been submitted, we will not be able to credit you for your return until the charge back mediation process has been completed. This process can take up to 180 days.

Damaged / Incomplete / Incorrect Product(s) Received

If you receive a product that was damaged in shipping, an incomplete product or a different product then you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of the shipment. We will provide an RMA# and instructions on how and where to ship the item(s) back to us, at no additional expense to you. Corrected item(s) will be shipped out to you upon receipt of your return or with a fully refundable deposit for the new item(s).

Defective Products

If the product you receive has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 3 days of receiving the product and we will replace the item. We will issue an RMA# and instructions on how and where to ship the item(s) back to us. Products returned as defective, which are found to not be defective are subject to a 50% restocking fee plus the cost of the return shipping. If the item was a non-refundable item, no credit will be issued for the returned product.

Ambassador is not responsible for any plumber or installation fees to replace or repair any item(s) sold by us.

Manufacturers' Warranty

All products sold by Ambassador are covered by the manufacturers' comprehensive warranties. No matter where you live in U.S. or Canada, the manufacturers provide complete and documented warranties for every product. Many products carry a limited LIFETIME warranty. If you have purchased a product from us and you find it to be defective, please contact the manufacturers' Technical Support Center.

Ambassador is not responsible for any plumber or installation fees to replace or repair any items sold by us or covered under manufacturer warranty.

Website Errors

Ambassador is not responsible for printing or typographical errors on our website. Prices, policies, and availability are subject to change without notice.

Due to human error, our website may list incorrect pricing. We make every effort to ensure these mistakes do not happen, but we cannot honor incorrect prices. If there is a price change on an item you have ordered, we will contact you for confirmation before processing the order.

Also, due to the differences in computer monitors, technical factors, and characteristics of some finishes, the colors shown on our website cannot be represented exactly as they appear. Photos should only be considered a guide. We are not responsible that your computer monitor will accurately display the exact colors.

Any details as to products, including product descriptions, specifications, images are provided by the manufacturer of the product and are reproduced for your convenience. We cannot verify or substantiate and are not responsible for any inaccuracies or omissions. If you are unclear or unsure of specific information pertaining to a particular item, please contact the manufacturer directly before making a purchase.

Payment Options

We gladly accept most major credit cards, personal checks, business/corporate checks, cashier's checks or money orders when ordering on-line. Orders using credit cards will be processed and scheduled for shipping upon receipt of your order. Orders using checks or money orders will not be processed or scheduled for shipping until payment in received and funds are posted. Please note, we must allow up to ten (10) business days for checks to post before your order can be shipped. You will receive remittance instructions when submitting your order. Please do not send send cash, as we will not be responsible for loss. Sorry, we do not accept COD orders.

Sales Tax

Pursuent to California law, Ambassador only collects sales tax for orders billed or shipped to California addresses. Any orders billed or shipped to states other than CA are not subject to CA Sales Tax. Depending on your state, you may be required to pay a Use Tax, but there are no taxes paid to Ambassador if we bill and ship to locations outside of California. Please note, we are required to collect sales tax based on the tax rate for the county WE are located in (Ventura County, as of January 1, 2017 - 7.25%). If you have an applicable CA Resale Permit, you may be exempt from having to pay sales tax to Ambassador on your order. Please call our Sales Department to place orders for resale.
